Co-Directors Josh and Alice are long time Broome locals, having met while both working in the luxury tour scene.
Two kids and two decades of Kimberley adventures later, they’re proud to use their expertise to bring you OHM’s quality products and services.
Josh – Lead Tech, Skipper & Co-Director
Josh is an experienced skipper on vessels up to 24m and has spent 20 years navigating the Kimberley's most remote waters. He’s worked as a marine engine driver (MED2), high-end tour guide and captain, leading crew and vessel on cruises, commercial charters, research trips, hotshot deliveries and more.
What he doesn’t know about boat maintenance and wiring isn’t worth knowing!
Alice – Accounts, Sales & Co-Director
Alice is a long time Broome local whose family founded and operated Kimberley Quest Kimberley cruises. As Manager, Alice led office staff and boat crew while handling complex vessel logistics, accounts, customer enquiries, and sales and marketing.
Alice brings this wealth of expertise to OHM’s shop and office, ensuring the whole place runs smoothly. We couldn’t do what we do without her.

OHM is a true family-owned Broome operation – you might spot Molly the kelpie in the shop, or one of the kids doing homework behind the counter.
We’re passionate about supporting local initiatives, including the Broome Fishing Club, and we spend our weekends exploring the very Kimberley coastline that we equip others to enjoy.
